Ticket sales policy

All ticket sales for Noah Kahan – The O2 Arena, London (Nov 13, 14 & 17, 2026) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, inability to attend, or purchase mistakes.

Event cancellation or postponement

If a show is cancelled outright, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method automatically — no action needed on your part.

If a show is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within 14 days of the announcement for a refund.

Resale

If you can no longer attend, we recommend using an official, secure resale platform rather than unofficial third-party sellers, to protect yourself against counterfeit tickets.

Ticket delivery

Tickets are delivered digitally via order confirmation email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) after purchase. Bring a valid form of ID matching the purchaser's name to entry.

Entry requirements

Doors open 1 hour before showtime. Maximum 6 tickets per order. The O2 Arena is fully accessible — contact us in advance for accessible seating arrangements.
